Information collected
When you request a quote, TSW collects the information you submit: name, phone number, email address, postcode, service required, project details, preferred contact method and any optional photo.
How it is used
The information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, plan a visit or quotation, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. It is not sold to third parties.
Service providers
TSW uses secure website hosting and file-storage providers to receive and retain enquiries. When you continue to WhatsApp, the information in the prepared message is handled according to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand the pages people visit, where visits come from, and whether visitors save a quote request or click a phone, email or WhatsApp link. A contact-button click does not tell us whether a call took place or a message was sent.
Google Analytics uses cookies, including cookies beginning with _ga, and processes information about your browser, device and website activity. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, postcode, enquiry text or photographs in our analytics events. Advertising features are disabled. Google explains its processing in how Google uses information from partner sites.
Analytics only loads after you allow it. Declining does not affect browsing or requesting a quote. When analytics is available, use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw permission. We remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are also configured with a 180-day expiry; a later visit can refresh their expiry.
Storage and retention
Website enquiries are stored securely for as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote, complete any agreed work and meet relevant record-keeping obligations. Optional photographs are used only in connection with the enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where there is no legal or operational reason to retain it.
